It is possible that EMM are not enabled in oscam. Generally minisatip provides EMM data only if oscam needs it, it cannot provide it without request.

I am not familiar enough with NDS to know what is missing in the oscam config to enable EMMs.

You can use fe=1 to select the first adapter ... If each card is multituner then it is possible for multiple adapters (/dev/dvb/adapterX ) to be mapped to the first card.

My hunch is that astra cannot keep up with the data that minisatip sends. How is the PC cpu usage?
This could also mean the client (astra) is not reading fast enough.
