You can use fe=1 to select the first adapter ... If each card is multituner then it is possible for multiple adapters (/dev/dvb/adapterX ) to be mapped to the first card.

My hunch is that astra cannot keep up with the data that minisatip sends. This means that the BW between minisatip and the client is not sufficient.
This could be also temporary and minisatip should recover from that.
