Are you using a CI(+) module for encrypting? Maybe something goes wrong with decrypting the ADTS stream?

VLC, Audio issue DVB-S, pid=all works, select pids does not
Re: VLC, Audio issue DVB-S, pid=all works, select pids does not
Hi,
I do not use a CI or CI+
with VLC there is no audio, but mpv did play it fine
rtsp://192.168.178.129/?src=1&freq=12187&pol=h&ro=0.35&msys=dvbs&mtype=qpsk&plts=off&sr=27500&fec=34&pids=167,136
so it still looks like a client side issue

Same here, mpv did play it with audio, VLC didn't.
I'll continue my research in the VLC community.
Thank you for taking your time
