I mean do they work on your previous setup ? (That was not working)

Yes. I thought it wasn't working, because I didn't test the direct URL in VLC, only channel scanning (what doesn't work)
I also found this, maybe it is useful for Dreambox support: https://github.com/jmendeth/dm500-satip/releases
Please check the source code. Gigablue should be compatible with Dreambox.

Hope you can fix this soon as well! ;)

Did you recently upgraded the firmware ?

Can any of you provide remote access ?

I don't have this possibility for remote access. My firmware is pretty recent (Feb 2017)
Someone else who can help cata with this to fix an issue on ARM? Thanks.
However, Dreambox has also an issue with channel scanning. Isn't this MIPS instead of ARM?

Is the last binary working?

I tried the new (Gigablue) binary, thanks, but no, I'm sorry, direct URL in VLC or DVBViewer Pro still works, but channel scan with DVB-C transponderlist within DVBViewer doesn't. Specinv=1 does work and specinv=0 not, which seems to be correct.

Let's try again, the winner takes it all ;)

Hi,

your problem is specinv=0.

You cable provider uses specinv=1 and as far as I could search dvbviewer forums it uses only specinv=0 .

I have made a patch which comments: https://github.com/catalinii/minisatip/ ... dvb.c#L808 (basically leave specinv to auto) and that works.

I suggest speaking with dvbviewer and to provide a way of specifying the specinv or removing it.

Thanks

P.S. Your binary from the system has the line commented already and it should work

Hi cata,

Thanks for fixing this issue, much appreciated. Now it works!
I will contact DVBViewer for the specinv issue.

The signal strength is displayed incorrectly within DVBViewer. Does minisatip provide such values as server
or does SAT>IP protocol doesn't support this feature?

Another suggestion: is it possible to descramble channels trough the Enigma2 API?
Right now CI+ already works fine on my Enigma2 receiver, but not yet with minisatip.
It would be nice to have CI+ support in minisatip as well but ofcourse it takes time as you told.
Maybe in the meantime you could let Enigma2 API descramble the channels for minisatip?
However, I don't know if this is possible.

Minisatip releases the tuners after 30-40 seconds of inactivity. Enigma2 does this after 5-10 seconds.
Could you let minisatip release the tuners after 5-10 seconds as well?

Thanks!

I will change in one of the next builds with a configurable value.
