Webinterface in Daemon-Mode

Im starting minisatip with the options "-o localhost:2000 -u 0:0-1210,1:1-1420,2:2-1680 -e 0-3 -p http://192.168.0.8:8080/playlist"
When i add a -f to run it in foreground i can access the webinterface. when i run it in daemon-mode i cant connect the the webinterface.
Can someone explain me how i get that working?
