make install

Hello,

I have installed minisatip in my Raspberry Pi and it really work perfect.

I want to ask why doent exist "make install" in the Makefile to install it in the OS.

It is possible to add it? In Debian systems it will be great to have init.d script to start and stop the services.

yes there is no make install at the moment, but it is on my to do list.
