Evo Slim T2/C

Post by Friedlinghaus »

Hi Cata,
I have EVO Slim T2/C box. It has the same mips processor like gigablue x boxes. So I tried gigablue binary but with bad results.
I simpy copied binary to /usr/bin/ and start it this way: /usr/bin/minisatip -l -l -l. DVBViewer is able to tune some channels but they are called "service" and picture remains black. Enigma is oATV 6.1. I tried 6.2 as well with similar results.

Enclosed pls find log. I tried tune DVB-C channels on 730 MHz SR 6900 64 qam.

If you are interested I could arrange remote access for you.

Hi again,

I really appreciate your help. With -1 1 it was much better but some issues remains.

DVB-C scan: I scanned 730MHz and 658MHZ, DVBViewer is able to tune all channels with proper names but
only HD channels (DVB-C H.264) are OK, SD channels (DVB-C mpeg2) are not OK, audio is OK but you can't see any picture - screen remains black.
DVB-T scan: I scanned whole DVBT range but DVBViewer wasn't able to tune even one channel. It is not signal problem, in enigma all DVB-T channels works normally.
DVBViewer is able to tune just DVB-T2 (HEVC) channels with proper names but you can hear just audio, screen remains black. There is a error message pls check enclosed pictures.

Looking forward to your answer..

P.S. Sorry for huge log

The reason why minisatip can't tune any DVB-T channel is maybe because he recognize just DVB-C and DVB-T2 device. Please check enclosed xml
file which I downloaded from http://Box_IP:8080/desc.xml

Hi,

[19/01 08:21:41.450 main]: done opening adapter 0 delivery systems: dvbt dvbt2 dvbc undefined
[19/01 08:21:41.451 main]: FE 1 mapped to Adapter 0, sys dvbc
[19/01 08:21:41.451 main]: FE 2 mapped to Adapter 0, sys dvbt2

what you can try is to run minisatip with option -Y 0:dvbt then you should have dvbt only.

Hi,
thanks, I'll do that and I'll let you know.

I tried --delsys 0:dvbt, adapter was set to DVB-T but wasn't able to tune any dvbt channel.

So, I did it, adapter was set to dvbt but DVBViewer didn't find even one dvbt channel, he found dvbt2 channels again.

Can you upload the log with the parameter suggested by 9000h?

First I shot down enigma with init 4. Then I started minisatip: /usr/bin/minisatip -1 1 -Y 0:dvbt -l -l -l

I scanned whole uhf dvbt range, DVBViewer found just dvbt2 channels at 554 MHz. Yesterday I scanned dvbt with Panasonic Tv with the same result.

Yeah it is true, I see data just on 554MHZ. Are you sure the signal is strong enough ?
