Decrypting in minisatip

Does minisatip have the ability to decrypt scrambled channels? I have a NewCS cardserver running on the local network yhat can provide dwords for decrypting. But how do I tell minisatip what username and password to use?

Minisatip does not support newcs, but if you set dvbapi on oscam it can use that. Settings are here: https://github.com/manio/vdr-plugin-dvbapi
